Position Summary:
A leadership development role designed for a driven individual ready to learn, lead, and grow into a full Branch Manager position within a year. You’ll support a branch of roughly 30 team members across service, sales, and production, motivating a personable, upbeat crew that takes pride in delivering exceptional service. This is an opportunity to make an immediate impact while building the skills and experience needed to lead your own branch.
Compensation Package: $75,000–$85,000 annually, plus a bonus structure and company vehicle.
Responsibilities- Open the branch and lead morning huddles to align and motivate your team.
- Coordinate service operations and installations, providing hands-on support when needed.
- Train, coach, and develop team members across route and sales functions.
- Step in to cover routes or service calls to ensure seamless customer support.
- Oversee branch operations, including inventory, scheduling, and safety compliance.
- Drive sales and service performance to achieve branch goals.
- Participate in on-call rotation when needed and provide leadership in the field.
- A motivated leader eager to advance into a management role.
- 2–3 years of leadership experience, ideally in a B2B service, route-based, or distribution environment.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people development skills.
- Someone who leads by example, willing to roll up their sleeves and work alongside their team.
