Sales and Operations Branch Manager

We’re seeking a hands‑on Sales and Operations Branch Manager to lead, grow, and operate a high‑performing branch.

• Salary Range: $100,000–$110,000 annually.
• Uncapped bonus potential, with total expected annual earnings of $120,000–$130,000 in your first year.

• Lead from the front by working alongside your team, driving revenue and managing branch operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences while maintaining strong, long‑term partnerships.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop branch employees for performance and advancement.
• Drive internal sales growth, profitability, and key performance metrics.
• Own branch financial performance, including budgeting, P&L oversight, and internal controls.
• Oversee branch operations, including inventory, scheduling, and safety compliance.
• Partner with the Regional Manager on branch goals, budgets, and performance planning.

• Proven leadership experience in a sales environment, ideally within a high‑volume service or distribution organization.
• Demonstrated success driving consistent year‑over‑year sales growth.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility.
• Results‑driven communicator who can motivate and align teams.
• Ability to inspire and lead a sales and service workforce.
• Valid driver’s license with 3 years driving history.
