Strategic Improvement Manager
Will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration for the leading Asian American Grocery distribution company. Lead a team of strategic solution professionals, and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts leveraging their expertise to address complex business challenges and create operational excellence, reduce costs and improve profitability. Improve supply chain efficiency;
Optimize pricing and promotion; review Operating expenses.
Job Description

- Strategic Planning:
Work closely with senior leadership to identify strategic priorities and develop a road map for the Strategic Improvement Team. - Project Management:
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of identified projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. - Problem Solving:
Lead the team in analyzing complex business problems, conducting research, and developing data-driven recommendations and solutions. - Performance Monitoring:
Monitor and track the performance of identified projects, measuring the impact of recommendations on key performance metrics.

- Review, approve, and propose projects, performance, schedules, budget & expenses.
- Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Management, Retail Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Five years of experience in a retail or supply chain management, corporate strategy, analytics or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and develop actionable recommendations.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Bilingual Korean/ English
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Management, Retail Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Five years of experience in a retail or supply chain management, corporate strategy, analytics or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual Korean/ English
