Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked – and have every other Friday off.

ARDE Inc., the U.S. leader in manufacturing pressure vessels for space applications, is seeking a meticulous Clean Room Technician to join our 2nd shift team. In this role, you will work in a controlled clean room environment to assemble and inspect aerospace components.

• Perform assembly and inspection tasks in a clean room environment.
• Follow strict clean room protocols to maintain contamination‑free conditions.
• Handle and assemble aerospace components with precision and care.
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure components meet quality standards.
• Document work performed and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience working in a clean room or controlled environment.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

• Experience in aerospace manufacturing or assembly work.
• Knowledge of precision assembly techniques and tools.
• Fine motor skills and handling.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in the state of New Jersey is $18.50/hr - $59.13/hr this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary; the final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3
