We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Laser Die Maker Trainee to join our manufacturing team. This entry-level role offers an exciting opportunity to develop specialized skills in precision tooling, laser die making, As a trainee, you will receive comprehensive training in the packaging industry machinery and manual tools used in die fabrication. Your contributions will be vital in producing high-quality dies for manufacturing processes, supporting our commitment to excellence and innovation.

This paid position is ideal for individuals eager to build a career in precision manufacturing and toolmaking.

• Assist in the laser die making process, rubbering dies delivering dies locally,
• Learn the die making process,
• Gain experience in packaging industry,
• Assist with maintenance, repair, and operations of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance,
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment during all machining and fabrication activities

• Basic understanding of CAD software such as AutoCAD or Solid Works for interpreting design files,
• Training will be provided,
• Knowledge of , measurement techniques, and precision measurement instruments,
• Ability to operate manual machining tools , hand tools,,
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills; ability to follow detailed instructions precisely

• Paid time off after 6 months,
• valid driver license

Pay:
From $17.50 per hour
