What does a Business Development Manager with Paul Davis do?

Serve your community when it needs it the most.

Build and maintain relationships with current and potential clients.

Conduct regular B2B outside visits to promote Paul Davis services.

Develop strategies to generate new leads and grow our business.

Qualifications (Requirements):

High character with a commitment to honesty and integrity.

Self-motivated, tenacious, and thrives under pressure.

Strong relationship builder who enjoys cold calling and networking.

Proficient in follow-up skills and maintaining strong client relationships.

Reliable vehicle required due to time spent out in the field.

Energetic, organized, and skilled at managing a sales pipeline.

Proficient in CRM systems and comfortable using technology to drive results.

Preferred Experience:

Business development or sales experience in the insurance, restoration, construction, or property management industries (preferred but not mandatory).

Role on the Team:

Build strong relationships with clients, insurance professionals, and property managers.

Conduct regular B2B outside visits, cold calls, and networking to generate leads.

Manage a Bus Dev Activity Planner (BDAP

Proactively follow up with leads and maintain ongoing relationships.

Compensation and Benefits:
