Delivery, commercial driving, DOT, CDL, warehouse, logistics, or transportation experience is a plus — but not required.

Naber Logistics LLC is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and experienced Delivery Dispatcher to join our growing logistics operation in Carlstadt, NJ.

We are looking for someone who understands the fast-paced environment of last-mile delivery operations, can manage drivers effectively, solve problems quickly, and keep daily deliveries running smoothly.

Prior dispatch experience with an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) is strongly preferred.

• Coordinate and oversee daily delivery operations.
• Monitor driver progress, routes, and delivery performance throughout the day.
• Communicate with drivers and provide real-time assistance.
• Troubleshoot delivery delays, vehicle issues, and unexpected route challenges.
• Manage driver callouts, route assignments, and operational changes.
• Coordinate rescues and route adjustments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Track daily performance metrics and maintain accurate operational records.
• Communicate effectively with management and drivers.
• Ensure drivers follow company procedures and safety standards.
• Assist with morning dispatch and end-of-day driver check-in procedures.

• Previous experience in delivery dispatch or last-mile logistics required.
• Amazon DSP dispatch experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Amazon Cortex, Flex, and delivery performance metrics is a major plus.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and make quick decisions under pressure.
• Comfortable using computers, dispatch software, and tracking systems.
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed.
