We’re looking for a motivated, community‑focused individual to join our team as a Civil Enforcement Officer, helping us keep Carmarthenshire’s streets, towns and communities safe, accessible and well‑managed.

As a Civil Enforcement Officer, you’ll play a vital frontline role supporting the Council’s parking service. You’ll patrol on‑street and off‑street parking areas, provide advice to the public, and ensure parking regulations are followed to keep traffic moving and protect access for residents, businesses and visitors.

• Patrolling designated areas across the county
• Issuing Penalty Charge Notices where parking regulations are breached
• Supporting road safety and reducing congestion
• Providing helpful, professional advice to motorists and members of the public
• Reporting defects, obstructions and issues affecting the highway
• Working closely with colleagues across Highways, Transport and Enforcement
