Vehicle Sales Administrator vacancy in Carmarthen!

Our client, a franchise-approved automotive dealership located in Carmarthen, is seeking an experienced Vehicle Sales Administrator.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong administrative skills to join a reputable team in a busy automotive environment.

Salary between £27,500 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience
28 days’ annual leave, including bank holidays

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, with a half-hour paid lunch

Duties of the Vehicle Sales Administrator:

Support the vehicle sales and management teams with administrative tasks
Manage vehicle registration and taxation processes via AFRL
Raise sales invoices accurately and efficiently
Maintain detailed vehicle files and records
Prepare and review reports for internal and external use
Provide holiday cover for team members
Handle ad-hoc office administration duties as required

Requirements of the Vehicle Sales Administrator:

Proven experience as a Vehicle Sales Administrator is highly beneficial
Alternatively, individuals with similar administration experience outside the motor trade are encouraged to apply
Strong organisational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Knowledge of dealer management systems (DMS) is advantageous
Ability to deliver high levels of administrative support in a professional manner
