Halfords Group PLC in Carmarthen is seeking an Assistant Manager for National Tyres and Autocare. You will work alongside the Centre Manager, spending time between the workshop with technicians and daily sales and customer service to drive profitability.
The role is 5 days a week with a performance-based uncapped bonus. The position requires strong leadership, hands-on technical knowledge of light vehicles (Level 2/3 preferred), coaching abilities, and a full driving licence.
