Senior Commissioning Business Intelligence and Value Business Partner

The successful candidate will lead and shape key areas of the Commissioning, Business Intelligence and Value agenda, including support for service transformation, financial sustainability, medium and long-term planning, costing, commissioning arrangements and regional working. You will work collaboratively with colleagues within the Health Board and with external partners to ensure robust financial advice, effective agreements and a clear focus on improving value for patients and communities, whilst raising understanding of costs of service delivery and of efficiency opportunities within the Health Board.

If successfully shortlisted, you will be asked to complete psychometric assessments. Information regarding these and the stakeholder panels/interview will be sent to you following completion of shortlisting. Stakeholder panels will be held on 10/09/2026. Interview will be held on 11/09/2026.
