Contracts Manager Carmarthen, South Wales (Office Based) £60,000 - £65,000

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager looking to step into a Contracts Manager position, or an existing Contracts Manager seeking more autonomy within a growing specialist contractor. You'll take ownership of a varied portfolio of projects while working closely with the Directors in a close-knit business where your contribution genuinely matters.

Established for over 20 years, this specialist contractor delivers landscaping, land management, excavation and civil engineering projects across commercial, public sector and environmental sectors. As Contracts Manager, you will oversee projects from contract award through to completion, managing programmes, budgets, health & safety, documentation and client relationships. Working closely with the Directors, you'll coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams while helping to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and profitably.

This role would suit an experienced Project Manager ready to progress into Contracts Management, or a Contracts Manager who enjoys working in a smaller business where they can take ownership of projects and become a key member of the team. Experience with in construction is essential, with backgrounds in civils, landscaping, groundworks or similar sectors all considered.
