Banco Santander SA is looking for a Customer Experience Advisor at the Carmarthen Branch, working 35 hours a week on a rota'd basis. The role will involve being the first point of contact for customers, assisting with transactions, and delivering outstanding service. Ideal candidates will have proven skills in customer service, effective communication, and a can-do approach to solving problems.
The salary range is £25,000 - £31,579 per annum plus benefits including a £500 cash allowance and 25 days holiday, increasing with service.
