Hywel Dda University Health Board seeks enthusiastic, professional Switchboard Operators to join our 24/7 Switchboard Services Team, supporting Glangwili General Hospital and Prince Philip Hospital. You will be the first contact for patients, visitors and staff, delivering high-quality information and coordinating urgent calls.
Role requires flexibility for unsocial hours and a willingness to learn Welsh. Prior NHS switchboard or call center experience is desirable.
