We are seeking to employ a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, educating primary aged pupils who demonstrate social, emotional and behavioural difficulties, heightened anxiety and emotional based school avoidance. The person will provide emotional wellbeing support in the form of universal and targeted interventions addressing the primary need of pupils who require particular help to overcome barriers to learning. As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant the post will also involve group and 1:1 work with complex and diverse pupils both on site and within the community.
