Breakfast Club Supervisor

Teacher Active, one of the UK’s leading education recruitment agencies, is looking to take on a proactive and ambitious Breakfast Club and After school Club Assistant to work across schools in Carmarthenshire.

This role is ideal for individuals looking to pivot into a career within childcare or education

The successful candidate will support children before and after the school day, helping to create a safe, engaging and positive environment through fun, creative and structured activities.

Working hours

• Breakfast Club: typically 7:00am to 9:00am
• After school Club: 3:00pm to 6:00pm Monday to Friday
• Hours will be confirmed on the day depending on school requirements

• A Level 2 education qualification or higher
• Experience working with primary‑aged children
• A warm, kind and caring approach
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• An understanding of individual children’s needs
• The ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
• Flexibility to take same‑day bookings Monday to Friday
• A genuine passion for supporting and inspiring young children
