Key Responsibilities:

• Support learning in the classroom (Primary or ALN focus)

• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment

• Collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and parents

• Maintain high standards of behaviour and achievement

Requirements:

• Experience working with ALN children and challenging behaviour is essential.

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply

• Professional, enthusiastic, and adaptable approach
