SEN Teaching Assistant Carmartheshire
Vision for Education is currently recruiting enthusiastic and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to work on a flexible supply basis in primary schools across central Carmarthenshire. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to support pupils with a variety of learning needs, including Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC), ADHD, and Speech and Language difficulties.
We are seeking adaptable and committed individuals who are passionate about helping children thrive in an inclusive and supportive learning environment. As an ALN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and school staff to ensure pupils receive the guidance and encouragement they need to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Provide tailored support to pupils with SEN within the classroom.
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and accessible learning activities.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
- Adapt effectively to different school settings and classroom needs.
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience working with primary-aged children or young people.
- Demonstrate a genuine commitment to supporting learners with SEN.
- Work collaboratively as part of a wider school team.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be flexible, proactive, and resilient in a variety of educational settings.
- Competitive daily rates of pay via PAYE, starting from £92.56 per day.
