Equal Teaching is seeking confident, motivated Cover Supervisors to support one of our partner secondary schools in Carmarthen. If you’re adaptable, professional, and enjoy working with young people, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing includes supervising classes during teacher absence, delivering pre-prepared lesson materials, managing classroom behaviour, and supporting a wide range of subjects across the curriculum. We offer flexible work, competitive pay, and free CPD.
