Teacher Active is proud to be working with various Flying Start settings across Carmarthen, providing welcoming Early Years environments for children aged 0-4 years. The settings are focused on supporting children's development and providing safe, engaging environments in which young children can learn and thrive.

The Flying Start settings are looking for Nursery Assistants from September, with a mixture of part time, full time, long term and short term roles available. The successful Nursery Assistant will support children's learning and development, deliver engaging activities, assist with personal care and safeguarding, and work effectively within the Flying Start framework.

The successful Nursery Assistant will have:

Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare
Relevant experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting
Experience supporting children aged 0-4 years
A good understanding of safeguarding and children's development
A caring and enthusiastic approach
The ability to adapt effectively across different Flying Start settings
