Behaviour Support Assistants are sought in Carmarthen to support pupils with SEMH, SEBD and ALN in a specialist PRU setting. This role focuses on building resilience, confidence and life skills within a trauma-informed environment.
You will work closely with teachers and support staff, delivering 1:1 and small-group interventions, assisting with trips and community-based learning, and contributing to pupil progress and wellbeing plans.
