Your experience matters

Make a difference in the classroom

As a Teaching Assistant, you could support pupils with their learning, wellbeing and behaviour while helping create a positive and inclusive classroom.

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

Supporting teachers with classroom activities
Helping individual pupils or small groups with their learning
Encouraging pupils to participate and stay engaged
Supporting positive behaviour
Helping children develop confidence and independence
Providing practical and pastoral support where needed
