Teacher Active is currently recruiting Welsh-Speaking Qualified Teachers to work in schools across the Carmarthenshire area. This is a fantastic opportunity for dedicated, enthusiastic, and adaptable teachers looking for flexible work within Welsh-medium education.

The Role

Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a variety of classroom settings
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils
Manage classroom behaviour effectively and promote pupil engagement
Assess and monitor pupil progress
Adapt confidently to different schools and teaching environments

Requirements

✅ Fluent Welsh speaker
✅ Qualified Teacher Status (NQT's welcome!)
✅ Experience teaching within Primary and/or Secondary schools
✅ Strong communication and classroom management skills
✅ Positive, proactive, and flexible attitude
✅ Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
✅ Passion for education and pupil achievement
✅ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
