We are seeking to appoint a highly organised, motivated and committed ALN Administration Manager to join our thriving school family and play a key role in supporting the effective delivery of Additional Learning Needs (ALN) provision across the school.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about supporting young people and who can work effectively as part of a dedicated and supportive ALN team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the administration and organisation of statutory ALN processes for mainstream pupils, ensuring that support is delivered efficiently and effectively.
Working closely with the ALNCo, Teachers, Teaching Assistants and wider ALN support team
, the postholder will contribute to the planning, development and monitoring of ALN services across the school. The role will also involve supporting the management, coordination and delegation of activities undertaken by support staff.
