Teacher Active are recruiting Welsh-Speaking Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work in schools across the Carmarthen area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated individuals who are passionate about education and want to make a genuine difference to pupils' learning, confidence, and development.

Successful candidates will need to be adaptable, reliable, and confident supporting pupils in a variety of classroom environments.

• Fluent Welsh speaker – essential
• Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable
• Previous experience working with children or young people
• Experience supporting pupils with ALN is desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude
• Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
