• Provide comprehensive, professional and effective secretarial and administration service to the Smoking and Wellbeing team within the Health Improvement Team.
• Support multi‑agency services and partnerships by preparing agendas and minutes, ensuring follow‑up action.
• Provide project support during development and implementation of strategic plans and service improvement projects.
• Ensure referrals and queries from clients are captured efficiently in our computer system and distributed to Smoking and Wellbeing Practitioners and Health Coaches.
• Assist in development of performance information and intelligence to support strategic planning and performance monitoring.
• Display initiative, maintain confidentiality and promote values of partnership working; support project management by gathering, analysing and presenting information and undertaking enquiries.

Hywel Dda University Health Board plans and provides NHS healthcare services for people living in Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire and bordering counties. We have over 13,000 staff and provide primary, community, in‑hospital, mental health and learning disabilities services.

• Four main hospitals:
  Bronglais Hospital (Aberystwyth), Glangwili Hospital (Carmarthen), Prince Philip Hospital (Llanelli), Withybush Hospital (Haverfordwest)
• Five community hospitals:
  Amman Valley and Llandovery (Carmarthenshire), Tregaron (Ceredigion), Tenby and South Pembrokeshire (Pembrokeshire)
