28 & 42 hour contract – Days 07:00–20:00, Nights 21:00–07:00

• Providing person‑centred care in line with an individual’s care plan
• Offering personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene
• Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents
• Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion
• Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting colleagues in day‑to‑day duties
