Carmarthenshire County Council is seeking a Mobile Diabetes Prevention Instructor to plan, organise and deliver safe exercise across Actif Sport & leisure facilities and community settings. The role includes leading the 8-week Foodwise intervention with HDUHB colleagues and supporting customers in becoming more active.
An Enhanced DBS is required, and a good level of conversational Welsh is essential. This is a part-time position (18 hrs) with pro-rata pay for part-time or term-time variations.
