Care Cymru seeks Fulfilled lives Key Workers for Llanelli and Ammanford. The role is full/part time with 80% direct service user contact and 20% office-based work, supporting individuals with cognitive impairment to live independently.
You will liaise with external agencies to ensure each service user receives person-centred care and targeted support. Training is provided as part of the role and progression opportunities exist.
