ResponsibilitiesAs part of our commitment to maintaining and improving our Non-Housing Stock Portfolio, we are seeking experienced tradespeople to join our customer‑focused in‑house property maintenance service.
Qualifications & ExperienceQualified to City and Guilds Level 2 or an NVQ equivalent in at least one of the following trades:
- Plumbing
Suitable work experience in the trade is required.
The role offers opportunities from our two depots:
Trostre, Llanelli and Johnstown, Carmarthen.
Applicants need a basic knowledge of Welsh; support can be provided to reach this level upon appointment.
