Hywel Dda University Health Board is seeking an experienced Emergency Nurse to develop into the role of Junior Sister / Charge Nurse at Glangwili General Hospital, Carmarthen. The post combines clinical practice with leadership and management of the Emergency Department nursing team, aiming to prepare the team for future challenges.
The role requires substantial emergency nursing experience at Band 5 or above with competence in triage, critical care assessment and supervisory management.
