Shop Volunteer (Till & Customer Service - Carmarthen)

Our local British Red Cross shop offers a variety of activities to support the community. Volunteers may help sort stock, prepare donated items for sale or provide customer service to donors and shoppers.

• Use the shop till to take payment for items
• Promote Gift Aid to maximise our fundraising potential
• Help and advise customers on the shop floor
• Undertake general activities in the shop

No experience is needed; full training will be provided.

A few hours during the week or weekend, as agreed with the shop manager. There is no minimum commitment or fixed hours – we simply ask that you agree on hours you can attend and inform us if those hours change.
