Responsibilities

Oversee the running of the shop on Sundays, including keyholder duties and supporting a volunteer team.
Assist the shop team in achieving sales and fundraising targets.
Review and process donated goods and new stock.
Develop creative ideas to generate new income under guidance from the Shop Manager.
Use customer‑service skills to make customers and supporters feel welcome and appreciated.
Maintain shop standards regarding safeguarding, compliance and health and safety.

Qualifications and Skills

Working knowledge of excellent customer service.
Experience in a lively, vibrant retail environment.
Adaptability to changing situations; able to work independently or as part of a team.
Commercial awareness.
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
Experience or understanding of retail and fashion (preferred).
