Merchandiser – West Wales

Flexible, part‑time zero hour contract. Pay Rate – £14.24 per hour (includes Holiday Pay). Travel time and mileage are payable subject to eligibility, plus location allowance if applicable. Full UK driving licence and use of vehicle required. The role offers an average of 5–20 hours per week (not guaranteed).

As an Instore Merchandiser you’ll bring products to life on the shop floor. You’ll own your territory, handling point‑of‑sale placement, stock replenishment, and auditing. You’ll create and maintain visually impactful displays, building strong relationships with store colleagues and managers. You’ll keep stock replenished and displays on‑brand, manage your own cost‑effective journey plan, and make every visit count. Autonomy and engagement with others are key.

• Previous merchandising experience advantageous but not mandatory.
