Duties of a New/Used Car Sales Executive:

Sell new and used cars, accessories, and add-on products, including finance and insurance packages
Build and maintain customer relationships to promote loyalty and referrals
Prospect for new customers through telephone calls, attend product launches, and participate in dealership events
Manage and update the enquiry database efficiently
Deliver excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process
Ensure high standards of vehicle presentation, administration, and dealership housekeeping
Maintain product knowledge and stay informed about latest offers and industry trends
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team success

Requirements of a New/Used Car Sales Executive:

Proven experience in a car sales role or strong customer service background with a targeted sales environment
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Organised, proactive, and able to manage workload effectively
Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
Reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Carmarthen
Professional attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales excellence
