Duties of a New/Used Car Sales Executive:
 
* Sell new and used cars, accessories, and add-on products, including finance and insurance packages
 
* Build and maintain customer relationships to promote loyalty and referrals
 
* Prospect for new customers through telephone calls, attend product launches, and participate in dealership events
 
* Manage and update the enquiry database efficiently
 
* Deliver excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process
 
* Ensure high standards of vehicle presentation, administration, and dealership housekeeping
 
* Maintain product knowledge and stay informed about latest offers and industry trends
 
* Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team success
Requirements of a New/Used Car Sales Executive:
 
* Proven experience in a car sales role or strong customer service background with a targeted sales environment
 
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
 
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage workload effectively
 
* Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
 
* Reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Carmarthen
