Kitchen Designer

We are looking to recruit a Kitchen Designer to further develop sales and support our existing showroom team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Kitchen Showroom Manager to achieve and exceed sales targets at optimum margins while maintaining high standards and building a loyal customer base.

• Support the Kitchen Showroom Manager in achieving and exceeding sales targets at optimum margins.
• Ensure high standards and maintain a loyal customer base.
• Generate and coordinate sales through the office, via telephone, email and face‑to‑face contact.

• Extensive knowledge of kitchen products.
• Professional with drive, energy and focus, and strong attention to detail.
• Enthusiastic and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
• Well organized and structured in delivering customer requirements.
• Excellent customer service skills, able to generate relationships with both trade and retail customers, and handle queries promptly.
• At least 2 years of experience within the kitchen industry.
• Good knowledge of CAD design and a proven track record of success.
• Experience with the Winnerflex design package is an added advantage.
• Team working experience in a kitchen sales environment with a 'can do' approach and positive mental attitude.

Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4.30pm or 8.00am to 5.00pm, plus alternate Saturday mornings 8.00am to 12.00pm.
