Senior Accountant
Salary: $85,000 - $105,000

This is a fully onsite position offering significant ownership of both the accounting close process and payroll operations. You'll have direct exposure to leadership, the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the organization's financial operations, and a clear path for advancement into an Assistant Controller role as the company continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:- Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
- Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable federal and state regulations.
- Prepare and analyze account reconciliations, investigate variances, and maintain general ledger integrity.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.
- Support audits, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement of accounting procedures and internal controls.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with direct responsibility for month-end close activities.
- Experience processing payroll and strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting best practices.
