Target Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000
Key Responsibilities for the Controller:- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes
- Manage general accounting operations, including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger activities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis efforts
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
- Supervise, develop, and mentor accounting staff while partnering with operational leaders
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience with leadership responsibility
- Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls
- CPA preferred and experience overseeing an accounting team strongly desired
