Job Overview
Insurance Processor role at Allied Solutions LLC. Works on accurately processing insurance documents into Allied’s advanced tracking system for multiple financial institution clients. Key Responsibilities- Analyze and accurately enter auto property and casualty insurance documents into Allied’s advanced tracking system for financial institution clients.
- Accurately and efficiently use the matching program to apply insurance to a loan record, following all procedures and rules with a focus on detail.
- Accurately and efficiently process a high daily volume of insurance documents and premium invoices, inputting all information into the tracking system according to multiple rules and exceptions.
- Utilize department procedure manuals and knowledge of processes & procedures to ensure accuracy.
- Understand and follow the scheduled workflow to meet department productivity goals.
- Switch priorities and focus quickly, prioritizing and handling multiple tasks independently in a fast‑paced environment with little direct support from supervision.
- Gather information, answer questions, and exchange related information and advice with co‑workers and management.
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Less than 12 months of work‑related experience required.
- Comfortable navigating computer systems and programs.
- Prior data entry or insurance experience preferred.
