- Obtain loss runs
- Policy checklists
- Run M&S reports
- Obtain premium finance quotes
- Run MVRs
- Paperless filing
- Create loss summary tracking
- Prepare ACORD applications
- Process all applications, policies, endorsements, incoming mail, binders, schedules, certificates, audits, and other items related to servicing client accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
- Responsible for timely, accurate invoicing and monthly expirations.
- Meet all quality and timeliness standards in the Agency Management System while properly documenting all activity.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Set priorities and manage workflow to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate processing of all responsibilities.
- Maintain cordial and effective relations with clients, co‑workers, carriers, wholesalers, vendors, and other business contacts.
- Maintain up‑to‑date proposals, insurance summaries, workflow logs, manuals or other required documentation and records.
- Interact with others effectively utilizing good communication skills, cooperating purposefully, and providing information and guidance as needed to achieve business goals.
- Stay informed regarding industry information, new product/program developments, coverages, legislation, technology to continuously improve knowledge and performance.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
- Ability to apply basic algebra concepts.
- Problem‑solving and reasoning ability.
- College degree.
- Must obtain California Property and Casualty license within 90 days of date of hire.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
- Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
- Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
