How you ll make an impact- You drive and execute the Employee Benefits Client Service Cycle, ensuring a seamless renewal process and exceptional service delivery. Success is measured by client retention, with a target of 95%.
- You are the strategic relationship manager and primary client liaison for a complex healthcare-focused book of business.
- You lead client relationships with little to no day-to-day producer involvement, serving as the trusted advisor for healthcare organizations.
- You independently lead client meetings, strategy discussions, renewals, and financial reviews, ensuring confidence and clarity in all engagements.
- You manage and lead complex self-funded healthcare accounts, providing strategic guidance on plan design, funding strategies, and cost containment initiatives.
- You bring strong expertise in claims management, interpreting utilization trends, identifying drivers of cost, and partnering with vendors to recommend solutions.
- You leverage advanced financial acumen to analyze experience reporting, forecast financial outcomes, and communicate the implications of plan performance to clients.
- You proactively share market, regulatory, and compliance insights relevant to the healthcare industry, ensuring clients remain informed and prepared.
- You partner across a fast-paced, matrixed environment, collaborating with internal consulting, analytics, compliance, and shared service teams to deliver seamless client outcomes.
- You cross-solve with clients to introduce and align Gallagher resources beyond core benefits, including Pharmacy Practice, Retirement Services, HR Consulting, Voluntary Benefits, and other specialty solutions.
- You champion Gallagher tools, systems, and shared resources to maximize efficiency, accuracy, and consistency in client deliverables.
- You anticipate, address, and resolve complex or escalated client issues with confidence and sound judgment.
- You mentor and develop Client Managers and account team members, providing guidance on strategy, financial analysis, and client engagement.
- You prioritize workflow and accountability across internal teams, vendors, and partners while ensuring compliance with local, state, and corporate standards.
- You exemplify the highest ethical standards, promote ethical behavior, and consistently uphold The Gallagher Way.
- You confidently make strategic decisions in ambiguous and complex situations, balancing client needs, market dynamics, and Gallagher priorities.
- You leverage a strong understanding of healthcare markets, carriers, and vendor partners to influence strategy and drive long-term client outcomes.
- You effectively influence without direct authority, aligning shared resources and specialty teams to execute client strategy in a matrixed environment.
