KBSO Consulting LLC is a collaborative MEPT engineering, consulting, and design firm. This firm began with the vision to become the industry leader in sustainable and cohesive design solutions alongside architects, property owners, and developers. The Assistant Construction Project Manager will work alongside contractors and design staff to coordinate projects through construction. This is a full-time, salaried position.

• Assist the Construction Project Manager with construction kick-offs, field visits, progress meetings, and final punch for projects as required.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, building owners, and contractors.
• Travel to job sites to document construction progress.
• Collaborate with the design teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve field issues.
• Demonstrate understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and technology drawings and specifications in compliance with building codes.
• Responsible for obtaining, managing, logging, and distributing RFIs (request for information) and submittals between the design team and the construction site.
• Communicate construction administration deadlines and expected turnaround time with design team to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.

• B.S. in Construction Management, Construction Engineering or related field
• Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
• Team player with strong work ethic, integrity, and ability to work well under pressure
• Valid Driver’s license

• Understanding of construction management applications including but not limited to Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore, Newforma, and Microsoft Applications
