ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Shawn Higgins - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Pro-actively reach out to customers to grow the Agency customer base.
  • Visit local businesses to create and maintain community relationships and attend community events.
  • Gather accurate customer information and provide excellent customer service and experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in sales and/or marketing or a related field preferred.
Compensation $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
