The Customer Success Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Carmel, Indiana. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, fostering positive customer relationships, and increasing customer retention through proactive engagement. Your daily tasks will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, analyzing customer needs, and developing strategies to improve service delivery and client satisfaction. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless experience for customers while identifying opportunities to enhance service and customer loyalty.

• Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to effectively address client needs and concerns
• Proficiency in Relationship Building and Customer Retention to develop and maintain long-term partnerships
• Analytical Skills for evaluating customer feedback, identifying patterns, and implementing improvements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse clients and teams
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the healthcare or medical laboratory industry is a bonus
