Northampton Community College is seeking a part-time Student Account Representative to work in the Bursar Office. This is a customer service position that will deal primarily with handling student accounts which includes reviewing account balances to answer student questions, explaining payment plans and refunds, applying payments to tuition charges, and balancing the cash drawer at the end of the day.
In addition to processing student payments, this position will post other types of payments
