Key Responsibilities Patient Care & Clinical Support- Perform dental prophylaxis procedures, including cleanings, scaling, root planing, and fluoride treatments with precision and care.
- Administer local anesthesia when necessary and monitor patient comfort throughout procedures.
- Assess patients’ oral health, identify potential issues, and offer recommendations for treatment plans in collaboration with dentists.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of preventive care to foster long‑lasting dental health.
- Conduct personalized consultations, answering questions and addressing concerns with clarity and empathy.
- Work closely with the dental team to develop, implement, and evaluate tailored treatment plans.
- Maintain clear, accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards (OSHA, HIPAA).
- Contribute actively to a culture of continuous improvement by participating in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development sessions.
- Uphold high standards of infection control and sterilization protocols.
- Stay current with the latest dental technologies, research, and best practices to enhance the clinic’s service offerings.
- Support collaborative, goal‑based care with the dental team and fellow hygienists.

- Valid state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) is required.
- Demonstrated experience in a dental office setting is preferred; enthusiastic newcomers with relevant educational training are welcome.
