• Administer local anesthesia when necessary and monitor patient comfort throughout procedures.
• Assess patients’ oral health, identify potential issues, and offer recommendations for treatment plans in collaboration with dentists.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of preventive care to foster long‑lasting dental health.
• Conduct personalized consultations, answering questions and addressing concerns with clarity and empathy.
• Work closely with the dental team to develop, implement, and evaluate tailored treatment plans.
• Maintain clear, accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards (OSHA, HIPAA).
• Contribute actively to a culture of continuous improvement by participating in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development sessions.

• Uphold high standards of infection control and sterilization protocols.
• Stay current with the latest dental technologies, research, and best practices to enhance the clinic’s service offerings.
• Support collaborative, goal‑based care with the dental team and fellow hygienists.

• Valid state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) is required.
• Demonstrated experience in a dental office setting is preferred; enthusiastic newcomers with relevant educational training are welcome.

• Detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage 1‑hour prophylaxis appointments and maintain exemplary quality control and infection prevention measures.
