The Athletics Department at Spring Arbor University, a member of the NAIA and the Crossroads League, is seeking applications for the part-time (10-month) position of Assistant Track and Field Coach for Jumps. Reporting to the Head Coach, this role provides support and assistance to the Track and Field program.
Essential Experience and Skills- At least 2 years of coaching experience
- Training design and implementation skills
- Professional communication with staff and student-athletes
- Bachelor's Degree
- A committed follower of Jesus Christ
- Passionate about track and Field
- Ability to challenge and encourage athletes academically, socially, and athletically
- Understanding and respect for diverse backgrounds, promoting spiritual, social, and emotional growth
