Job Summary: We are seeking an energetic and experienced Early Learning Teacher to join our team! You will lead a class of students through the school year, many of whom are in a classroom for the very first time. Your responsibilities include assessing their current academic levels and designing instruction to meet their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Create and teach a fun and inspiring curriculum
• Teach beginning coordination and musical skills
• Assist children in developing social and emotional skills
• Use various instructional methods and learning techniques
• Communicate effectively with parents and school personnel
• Assess students’ skills and performance to meet developmental milestones

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of classroom health and safety guidelines and ability to follow them
• Problem-solving and mediation skills
• Ability to make decisions under pressure
