- Assist in the design and validation of hardware components for broadband access devices.
- Support lab testing, debugging, and performance analysis of prototypes and production units.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including RF, mechanical, software, and manufacturing engineers.
- Perform schematic reviews, PCB layout checks, and hardware bring‑up activities.
- Document test results, design changes, and engineering reports.
- Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of electronic circuits, signal integrity, and basic RF principles.
- Familiarity with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and multimeters.
- Exposure to broadband technologies such as DOCSIS, GPON, LTE/5G, or Wi‑Fi is a plus.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced engineering environment.
- Internship or project experience in hardware design or testing.
- Knowledge of PCB design tools (e.g., Cadence, OrCAD).
- Basic scripting or programming skills (e.g., Python, MATLAB).
